GELATIN SILVER
Handmade darkroom prints — limited editions, signed and numbered
— THE OBJECT —
A photograph that exists as a physical object — not a digital image.
Each print is made by hand on premium photographic paper (primarily fiber-base, as well as selected resin-coated papers), exposed and developed in the darkroom. The image is built from light and silver, fixed onto paper that holds tones a screen cannot translate. Limited editions of ten — each one signed, numbered, and mounted with archival mat and backboard, ready for framing.
From the Collection
— THE PROCESS —
Built from light and silver
The negative is exposed onto darkroom paper under a single beam of enlarger light. Then it travels through developer, stop bath, fixer, and a long final wash. The image emerges slowly — never identical, never automatic. Every print carries the trace of its making.
— FEATURED WORKS —
Light, form, silence
Each print is unique.
Even within an edition, no two prints are identical. Slight variations in tone, contrast, and surface make each one its own object — signed and numbered by hand.
