HOW TO ORDER

From the darkroom to your wall

— THE PROMISE —

Every print is handmade to order.

The ordering process is simple. The making of the print is not. Each work is handmade in the darkroom using the gelatin silver process — then signed, numbered, and carefully prepared for shipping. Please allow time for final inspection, signing, numbering, and packaging before dispatch. Every print is treated as an individual artwork.

— THE PROCESS —

Five steps, from order to delivery

01
Choose your print
Browse the gallery and open the print you are interested in. On the product page, you will find the edition status (for example, 2/10 means the second from an edition of ten), print size, price, and any framing options. Once an edition is sold out, it is permanently closed. Unique prints (1/1) exist only once.
02
Add to cart and checkout
Review the selected print and edition information, enter your shipping details carefully, and complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed.
03
The print is prepared
Each print is inspected, signed, numbered, and prepared by hand. For limited and unique prints, the Certificate of Authenticity is issued and enclosed separately in a protective sleeve.
04
Packed for safe delivery
Unframed prints travel in flat hard-board mailers, framed works in custom padded boxes. Each package is built to protect the print in transit — nothing is shipped until I am satisfied that it will arrive intact.
05
Shipped to you
Tracking is provided when available. Delivery times depend on destination — see below for estimates. International shipments include customs documentation prepared in advance.
— WHAT YOU RECEIVE —

Not a poster. Not a reproduction.

When you order a print, you receive a physical, handmade photographic object — created in the darkroom and prepared with care. Every shipment includes:

01
Handmade gelatin silver print, produced in the darkroom
02
Limited edition or unique print, depending on the artwork
03
Signed and numbered by the artist
04
Certificate of Authenticity (limited and unique editions)
05
Protective archival packaging for safe delivery

Certificate of Authenticity — every limited and unique print

— DELIVERY TIMES —

Estimated transit time after dispatch

SERBIA
2–4
business days

After dispatch via Post Express. Does not include print preparation time.

INTERNATIONAL
7–14
business days

After dispatch by registered mail or courier. Add 7–10 days for customs documentation before dispatch.

Delivery time does not include the time needed for final inspection, signing, numbering, and preparation — or, for international orders, customs documentation.

— IMPORTANT NOTES —

Things worth knowing before you order

Customs documentation — international orders
Shipping original artworks across borders requires a customs declaration confirming that the work is not a protected cultural good under Serbian law. I prepare this documentation for every international order. The process adds approximately 7–10 business days to overall handling time before dispatch. You will be notified when the declaration is cleared and the shipment is on its way.
Payment
Serbia: payment is usually made upon delivery, directly to the courier. International: payment is processed online during checkout, when available.
If your shipment arrives damaged
Please contact me immediately with photographs of the packaging and the print. The issue will be handled carefully and fairly. For any questions about size, framing, availability, custom orders, or shipping, feel free to contact me before placing an order.
— FREQUENTLY ASKED —

Three questions, answered

Some prints are available in more than one size. If you have a specific requirement, contact me before ordering and I will let you know what is possible.

The Certificate of Authenticity states the title, edition number, print size, technique, year of production, and artist signature. It accompanies every limited and unique print and confirms the work’s authenticity.

Because each print is handmade to order and part of a limited edition, returns are not accepted unless the work arrives damaged or there is an error in the order. In those cases, contact me immediately and the issue will be resolved.
